PredicTrader LLC ("PredicTrader," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to providing clear and transparent billing practices. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, free trials, cancellations, refunds, renewals, billing disputes, and chargebacks are handled.

By purchasing a subscription, starting a free trial, or using the Services, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Subscription Services

PredicTrader offers subscription-based software products.

Subscriptions may be available on:

Monthly billing

Annual billing

Promotional plans

Trial offers

Subscription pricing is displayed on the PredicTrader website at the time of purchase.

PredicTrader reserves the right to modify future pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect amounts already paid and apply only to future billing periods unless otherwise required by law.

2. Free Trial

Certain products may include a 30-day free trial or another promotional trial period.

During the trial, you may be required to:

Create a PredicTrader account

Verify your email address

Accept the Terms of Service

Provide your Machine ID

Accept this Refund & Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise stated during signup, no subscription fees are charged during the free trial.

At the end of the trial, your access may expire unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

PredicTrader reserves the right to modify, limit, deny, or terminate any trial offer at its sole discretion.

3. Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize PredicTrader and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees until you cancel.

Renewal reminders may be provided as a courtesy but are not guaranteed. It is your responsibility to monitor your subscription status and renewal dates.

4. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Logging into your PredicTrader account and following the cancellation instructions, or

Using any other cancellation method made available through the PredicTrader website.

If you experience technical issues preventing cancellation, contact PredicTrader support before your next renewal date.

Cancellation requests submitted after a renewal has been processed apply to future billing cycles unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel:

Future automatic renewals stop.

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.

No additional subscription fees will be charged unless you reactivate your subscription.

At the end of the paid period, your access to subscription-only features, updates, downloads, and support may end.

Cancellation does not automatically delete your account.

6. Refund Policy

Except where prohibited by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in writing:

All subscription fees and software purchases are non-refundable.

Refunds are generally not provided for:

Change of mind

Lack of use

Failure to cancel before renewal

Trading losses

Dissatisfaction with trading performance

Market conditions

Incompatibility with unsupported systems

Failure to achieve expected results

User error

Internet outages

Broker or exchange outages

Third-party platform issues

Failure to read product descriptions or documentation

Because PredicTrader delivers downloadable software, digital content, software licenses, and immediate access to subscription services, purchases are generally considered final once access has been granted.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Exceptional Refund Requests

Although refunds are generally not available, PredicTrader may, at its sole discretion, consider exceptional refund requests, including circumstances such as:

Duplicate billing caused by a system error.

Multiple accidental purchases of the same subscription.

Billing errors attributable to PredicTrader.

Other extraordinary circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Approval of one refund does not create an obligation to approve future refund requests.

8. Subscription Upgrades and Downgrades

If PredicTrader offers multiple subscription plans:

Upgrades

When upgrading, prorated charges may apply depending on the subscription plan and billing cycle.

Downgrades

Downgrades generally become effective at the beginning of the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

Unused portions of higher-tier subscriptions are generally not refundable.

9. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails:

PredicTrader may:

Retry the payment.

Notify you of the failed payment.

Temporarily suspend access.

Restrict downloads.

Disable software licensing.

Cancel your subscription if payment cannot be successfully collected.

Outstanding balances remain payable.

10. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your financial institution or payment provider:

PredicTrader reserves the right to:

Suspend your account immediately.

Disable software licenses.

Suspend Partner Program participation.

Suspend access to downloads.

Suspend future purchases.

Contest invalid chargebacks with supporting documentation.

Recover amounts owed where permitted by law.

If a chargeback is resolved in your favor, appropriate account access may be restored where feasible.

11. Machine ID Licensing

Software licenses may be associated with a specific Machine ID.

Cancellation or expiration of your subscription may result in:

License deactivation.

Removal of software activation.

Loss of future updates.

Loss of technical support.

Loss of access to subscriber-only downloads.

PredicTrader retains the right to revoke software licenses obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of the Terms of Service.

12. Promotional Offers

From time to time PredicTrader may offer:

Introductory pricing

Promotional discounts

Coupon codes

Limited-time offers

Seasonal promotions

Promotional pricing:

Cannot generally be applied retroactively.

Cannot usually be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

May expire without notice.

13. Taxes

Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with their purchases unless otherwise stated.

14. Billing Questions

If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, please contact PredicTrader before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.

Many billing issues can be resolved more quickly through customer support than through the chargeback process.

15. Partner Program Purchases

Purchases made through a Partner Link or Partner Code are subject to the same refund and cancellation policies as all other purchases.

Refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals may result in corresponding adjustments to Partner Revenue Share in accordance with the Partner Program Agreement.

16. Changes to this Policy

PredicTrader may modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

Material changes may be communicated through:

Customer Dashboard

Email notifications

Changes become effective on the published Effective Date.

Continued use of the Services after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

18. Your Acceptance

By creating an account, starting a free trial, purchasing a subscription, renewing a subscription, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that:

You understand your cancellation rights.

You understand the subscription renewal process.

You understand the refund limitations described herein.

You agree to be legally bound by this policy.

Your electronic acceptance has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.

19. Effective Date

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is effective as of July 13, 2026, and remains in effect until modified or replaced by PredicTrader.
